Executive MBA

Our Executive MBA program is an innovative 19-month program designed for experienced professionals. For 30 years, this program has addressed the needs of developing managers with varying functional backgrounds and all industry types. Such diversity of professional and academic backgrounds creates an invigorating, dynamic classroom learning environment. Students often comment they learn as much from each other as they do from the faculty - an outcome we feel is both desirable and rewarding.

The Whittemore Executive MBA program has demonstrated a solid return on investment. 60% of our most recent class (May 2008) have either received promotions or new jobs prior to graduation. The program is tailored to meet the needs of students who have considerable work experience (typically a minimum of seven years), an appropriate level of managerial responsibility and have demonstrated success in their chosen careers. Because the program format allows you to work full-time while attending school, the transfer of real-life solutions to your workplace is immediate.

The program is conducted at the New England Center located on the University campus in Durham. The New England Center is a full service, award-winning conference facility with 103 private hotel rooms, dining facility and classrooms. Classes meet all day every other Friday and Saturday, normally in a twice per month sequence. Meals and hotel accommodations are included in the program so students can fully focus on school while creating strong ties to fellow students and faculty.

Graduate education is an important step in your professional development and we believe our Executive MBA program will prove to be a tremendous asset in helping you achieve your goals. It has already helped more than 600 others achieve theirs.

Sincerely,

George Abraham
